Do-It-Yourself Connection Site

If you'd like to build your own family site, we have a couple of different hosting options for you to choose from.

1. AD-FREE Family Connection Site — Your personal family site includes the following options:

• 10 MB of space on our site with your own uniqe subdomain (you.theconnectionsite.com)
• No ads or pop-ups will ever be posted on your site
• You create and upload your own files/pages from a web-based administration panel
• Account also includes access to The Connection Site Chat Room and a Personal Family Forum on The Connection Site bulletin board

2. AD-FREE You.com Connection Site — This full-featured site includes the following options:

• Your own personal domain (i.e., www.you.com)
• 800 MB of space
• A family photo gallery
• A private family bulletin board
• A Private family chat room
• Family weblog-style journals
• Family e-mail (i.e., yourname@you.com)
• Templates that allow you to create your site right from your browser with fill-in-the-blank style forms. No HTML required (Templates are 3rd party, not Connection Site.)
• Create your own HTML pages and upload from a web-based administration panel or using your own FTP software
• Add all the pages and features you want
• And of course, NEVER any ads or pop-ups on your site.

Option A — Quick Start: We set up the features and provide a basic home page with links to all. You then add pages and content as often as you like. (Great option if you are still learning HTML but want your site started now.)

Option B — Have It Your Way: You set-up the pre-installed scripts and entirely manage you own site. (If you're already a pro at designing web pages, this is the option for you)
